— WWE superstar Jack Swagger (Jack Hager) will appear in a Mississippi court today, facing changes relating to DUI, speeding and marijuana possession when pulled over by local police following a SmackDown taping this past February.
If found guilty of DUI, Hager faces two days in jail, a fine between $250-$1,000, or both. Additional punishments could include having to complete an “alcohol-safety education course” and attending a “victim impact class,” according to the Sun Herald (Miss.) newspaper. Hager could also lose his driving license for a year.
WWE is yet to comment on Hager’s arrest or any potential punishment.
