Jerry Lawler Compares Bellator President Scott Coker to Vince McMahon

WWE Hall Of Famer Jerry ‘The King’ Lawler recently appeared on The MMA Hour to promote yesterday’s Bellator 162: Shlemenko vs Grove event, as it was in his hometown of Memphis, Tennessee. During the interview ‘The King’ went on to compare Bellator President Scott Coker to WWE’s ‘The Chairman of the Board’ Vince McMahon. You can check out what he had to say here:

“Scott Coker, the President of Bellator MMA reminds me so much of Vince McMahon, especially recently with the new signings that he’s doing,” said Lawler. “We had the brand split, we’ve got Raw and SmackDown Live separated now, and they’re calling this a new era, bringing in all of these young guys and young women from NXT, which is their new training facility. All these guys are making that jump,” Lawler added. “It’s the same thing with Bellator. A ton of new guys have been signed by Scott Coker. It reminds me so much of the same type of building up the same type enthusiasm, and the fans there at Bellator, that we have in WWE.”
