Jim Ross Speaks On The Undertaker Losing At WrestleMania 32, WWE Global Cruiserweight Series, John Cena

WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross has updated the Q&A section on his website (JRsBarBQ.com). Here are the highlights.

A lot of people think that after WM 32, Undertaker was indeed nothing more than just a pawn for Vince to beat Shane at WM, and tossing “proofs” for that while the segments on RAW build to the match clearly showed otherwise. Your thoughts? Thank you so much in advance.

I’ve never perceived Undertaker to be anyone’s ‘pawn.’ It was emergency booking for Shane to face Taker at WM32 and nothing more IMO. I thought WWE did the best that they could consider the hand that they were dealt.

What do you think of the upcoming global cruiserweight series? Do you think it will take off and do you think WWE will be reactive the cruiserweight belt for the winner? Also, do you think the winner or any other participants will go on to be signed and feature on NXT or the main shows? Thanks!

I like the concept. It would be a way to restart a smaller weight division but only if it would mean more than existing IC & US Titles do at this time.

It’s very exciting what they’re doing now with all this fresh talent, and I know there is more to come. The present, and future looks bright. Where do you see John Cena fitting in when he returns?

Right at the top of the cards as usual. Cena is still WWE’s top hand.
