Jim Ross’ wife is currently on life support fighting for her life

As we previously reported, Jim Ross’ wife, Jan, was involved in a Vespa accident that required her to being taken to the hospital to undergo surgery. Jan was hit by another vehicle while riding her Vespa to the gym, without a helmet, near her home in Oklahoma and suffered ‘multiple skull fractures.’ Ross stated on Twitter ‘we need a miracle.’

In an update on his blog today (Wed. March 22, 2017) Ross revealed that his wife is now being kept alive via life support equipment, and the swelling in her brain needs to subside in order for her to survive:

“I will fully admit that there has been no experience in my life that could have prepared me for this life changing week. To see one’s life partner and love of one’s life being kept alive via life support equipment is tragically heartbreaking.

“We hope that the swelling of Jan’s brain will subside soon as it must for her to survive. It’s that simple. Nonetheless my little, Italian angel who loves her Steelers and all things Pittsburgh is fighting for all’s she worth to save her life.

“My wife would be so moved to know how many of you are praying for her.”

You can read Ross’ full blog post in which he expresses his love for his wife and details how they met here.

Our thoughts and prayers here at Wrestling-Edge remain with the Ross family during this difficult time.

  • I was paid 104000 dollars last year by doing a web based job and consequently I was able to do it by working in my own time for quite a few hours each day. I applied work opportunity I came across on the net and so I am delighted that I was able to make such decent cash. It’s genuinely newbie-friendly and therefore I am so pleased that I found out about it. Have a look at exactly what I do.. http://libr.ae/JiNM

I was without work for six months time when my former Fellow worker ultimately strongly recommended me to get started with freelancing from home… That was just after I received $5000 in my very first 30 days when I seriously believed I could do this for a living! Finally I am joyful than ever… I work-from-home moreover I am my own boss now like I always wanted… I see a large number of not satisfied people around me, working the same old boring job that’s sucking the everyday life out of them day by day… Each time I notice some-one like that I say START FREELANCING MAN! This is where I started >>>> http://uanurl.com/fgsfgjsfg/

Very sad news. It just seems like it doesn’t let up. It’s one tragedy after another. I feel terrible for J.R. He’s been through so much crap in his life, and his wife helped him through all of it. I know all of us who are wrestling fans and those in the wrestling community will stand behind J.R. in this difficult time.
