Jinder Mahal’s WWE Championship loss was a really surprising moment for many fans especially because it came just 2 weeks before the Survivor Series PPV.
This shocking turn of event led to a lot of speculations about the possible reason behind WWE’s decision to put the belt on AJ Styles, including rumors about him suffering injury or violating the wellness policy.
Though Jinder himself killed all these rumors with a recent Instagram post. In the post as seen below the Morden Day Maharaja claimed that he is neither injured nor has he violated the wellness policy:
To @ajstylesp1, you were the better man for one night. Six months I held the #WWEChampionship, defended it countless times, all over the world. I will one day raise the title again. To my haters and wrestling "insiders", this was NOT an experiment, I am NOT injured, I have NOT violated the wellness policy. So keep throwing shade my way , it only motivates me.
As we noted before the reason why Jinder Mahal lost the WWE Championship was the low viewership of the Halloween edition of SmackDown and the low interest in the Survivor Series main event.
Currently, it’s speculated that Jinder will regain the title sometimes after the upcoming Survivor Series PPV so he can be the Champion while heading to India for the announced Live Events in December.
