John Cena Going Overseas, Jim Ross Talks Life After WWE, SmackDown Social Score

– Friday’s episode of WWE SmackDown scored 68,179 in social media activity, the lowest score since the June 21st episode. SmackDown ranked #1 on cable TV Friday night for the second consecutive week, according to Trendrr.TV.

– Jim Ross recently spoke with PoughkeepsieJournal.com about leaving WWE and pursuing other opportunities:

“I’ll be doing just normal type stuff now. After going on the road for a few years, and I loved it, I lived my dream and that’s the greatest thing in the world. But I’m short of the 40-year mark in the business and it made sense to slow down a bit. I’m healthy and there’s other things I’d like to try. It’s a good time to be JR. I’m really happy with the way things worked out.”

– WWE has announced that John Cena will take part in the upcoming November tour of Europe to make special appearances. Cena will be appearing at the show in Munich, Germany on Saturday, November 9th.
