John Cena Being Sued by Construction Worker, Bray Wyatt Adds Speculation to Kane’s Return

– TMZ reports that John Cena is being sued for just over $15,000 by a construction worker who claims he was badly injured while working on Cena’s house back in 2010. The man says he was hurt so bad he’s unable to work.

The worker, Dale Ducharme, claims he fell off a scaffolding while remodeling Cena’s home. He says the scaffold was defective or damaged and says it was Cena’s responsibility to make sure the equipment was safe. A representative for Cena had no comment.

– Bray Wyatt is adding speculation to reports that Kane will be returning as a member of The Wyatt Family. A fan on Twitter mentioned to Bray that Kane already “fell” at SummerSlam. Wyatt replied:

“Kane didnt fall, he was chosen. Rebirth”

It’s easy for people to criticize the guy suing when they weren’t there and don’t know anything about the details. Despite the amount of frivolous lawsuits out there, there are some actual legit ones. We’ll just have to see if the guy can prove Cena caused his injury.

    That too lol

Putting liability on the client is a far fetch. Unless Cena came out yelling “I’m gonna get you, nexus,” and pushed the scaffold over, I don’t think they can touch him.

I problem with this is, it was almost 4 years ago lol.

I find it hard to believe the dude was legitimately injured and cant work if he is only suing for 15,000. If he was hurt that badly id assume his medical bills alone would cost more then that.

Since when do homeowners provide the scaffolding to the roofing companies? lol. Maybe it was Vince, lord knows his scaffolding sucks…

Not really He has a better shot at getting money by suing your lover then he does suing his company

The guy suing is an idiot. He shoud be trying to sue his contruction company or if they rented the scaffolding suing them, not Cena.

As far as I know, its down to the construction company to make sure things are sage, not the client. Only way Cena would be responsible is if he organised it all himself.
