Kaitlyn Talks About WWE Total Divas, Live Tweeting During RAW and Cody Rhodes’ Mustache

– WWE Diva Kaitlyn recently spoke to Chad Dukes of The Chad Dukes Wrestling Show. Here are some highlights:

Total Divas:
“I think it’s such a great thing for the WWE in general it brings people that don’t normally watch, aren’t typically wrestling fans, aren’t sports entertainment fans, people that would just watch the E! network, and it kind of gives us like a broader demographic, and opens up our world to people.

“Also, people that are fans get a chance to see inside and how things work. It definitely blurs the lines of what’s reality and what’s entertainment, sometimes even for me. I didn’t really understand the concept of how this whole divas thing was gonna go down, it’s definitely very, it’s hard to get used to. You know we’re always on camera anyways on TV days and stuff, but there’s like extra cameras, E! cameras, following these girls around everywhere and sometimes it’s a little bit intrusive. Though, you know I found out stuff about pixelating, its extensive and time-consuming. So if you don’t want to be on camera, you just throw up a couple of gang signs, or you know something that they might have to pixelate and then boom, you don’t have to worry about being on the show. In all seriousness, it’s a really great concept bringing all kinds of new fans into our world.”

Her recent live tweeting of Raw:
“They (WWE) definitely encourage us to get out there on social media in all avenues. When I’m not on the show and I’m just backstage and I wanna be involved, it’s a great way to interact with fans and kind of express our opinions of the show and our reactions and stuff like that. They don’t encourage all the things that we say, but it’s our opinions and it’s a lot of fun.”

The life and death of Cody Rhodes’ mustache:
“Honestly, from the moment that I first saw Cody, he had an injury and I didn’t see him for several weeks, he showed back up, he made a big comeback backstage, he showed up at work wearing some kind of completely out of character, like a white suit and some kind of weird white fedora and just had this creepy pencil thin mustache. And we were like, ‘Is that Cody’s evil twin?’ And Cody is the evil one so we were like, ‘Is that Cody’s good twin?’

“Slowly I was so impressed with his mustache and he kept it and it kept getting more and more character. We would be backstage, or I’d be watching the matches and all of the sudden you’d hear ‘Cody’s mustache,’ an actual chant. I’m gonna come clean, I actually started some of those chants, like from the corner. So I just had this love affair with his mustache, just only his mustache, the rest of him you know, give or take.

“Then it was so funny because as time went on he would have to trim it and do all that stuff and he wasn’t very good at it. So he would trim one side and then it would be a little shorter than the other side. He’d have to trim up the other side and it kept getting smaller and smaller and smaller and dangerously close to a Charlie Chaplin mustache. So when he finally shaved it off it was really sad, it was like the end of an era. I don’t know, maybe he’ll bust out a soul patch.”

If this is your stance on one subject, then I take it you share the same stance on ALL entertainment. Should the FCC crack down on movie directors for portraying bullying and violence? Are we, the audience, endorsing these characteristics by buying movie tickets, DVDs and merchandise? Be consistent and realistic in your logic.

U know damn well if john cena was still there he would have cut a promo instantly and show is sposed to be teaming with mark henry to chase the tag titles at night of champions so the story isnt really about show getting involved its about orton & the mcmahon family against daniel bryan and the only reason I said punk was cuz I dont see him continuing his feud with heyman & axel after night of champions so why not put him in that feud and ultimately lead up to a bryan vs punk match at Wrestlemania

It’s a storyline. It’s hardly burying. The problem with our society today is we are all caught up in instant gratification. We have no patience. We want our favourites to be instant stars and that’s it. Things take time, storylines develop and stronger characters are built. Just have patience and the payoff at the end will justify the wait.

Lets talk in kayfabe for a minute;youre tell me,if your boss told you not to do something, you’d do it? That is stupid and plus it seems like they’re building up to Show helping Bryan anyway.(end of kayfabe talk)
Going with going against HHH,why have Punk cut the promo? I think it would be better if somebody who wasnt already a main eventer, let’s say Ziggler, did it and got them more over rather than Punk who wont get more over from it.

I don’t see this as “burying” Ziggler…or even Bryan for that matter. Just because our favorites lose and get beat up don’t mean they are getting “buried”. The whole point is to put heel heat on Corporation V.2 and build up sympathy/support for Bryan and Ziggler, making them even more over. So, in order to do that, they have to get their ass kicked every once in a while but as long as they look strong in defeat, it’s all good, it doesn’t count as a burial. Bryan got beat down last week on Raw but he looked strong still for a few moments whenever he was taking on The Shield by himself. Same goes for Ziggler. He held his own in that handicap match against The Shield, therefor making him look strong. It all depends how you book it. I’m sure this will all end with Ziggler/Bryan rising up against the machine and ultimately coming out on top, making them into huge stars. Just give it time. And I was thinking the same thing as the guy below me. WWE’s BattleGround PPV…a WarGames like match with Orton/Shield vs Ziggler/Bryan and two other guys. I’d rather those two other guys not be Show/Henry but right now those are the only two other guys that make sense. I’d love to see Punk in there tho.

Bryan, Ziggler, Henry and Big Show vs. Orton and The Shield

WarGames: The Match Beyond at the Batteground PPV – WWE, make it happen!!

This whole storyline with the wwe roster not being able to speak out against triple h is stupid, I hope after night of champions cm punk will drop another pipe bomb
