We noted before how a fan threw a full water bottle at Cruiserweight Star Kalisto during the latest episode of 205 Live and the incident was recorded on Cameras.
Many fans believed it wasn’t a serious incident and it may have caused no serious damage to the former Cruiserweight Champion but that’s not the case.
Kalisto’s wife recently posted a statement from her Instagram account, revealing that the WWE Star required stitches after the incident and he possibly suffered a fracture as well:

As reprted before, the fan responsible for the incident was caught by security. It’s not cleared what the guards do with him but he was probably evacuated from the arena.
Again, this type of incidents are not tolerable and if you even think about harming a wrestling star who puts his body in line for your entertainment then you are not a wrestling fan at all.
