Kharma Praises Two WWE Legends for Helping Her, Sunny Update and More

– WWE talent Kia “Kharma” Stevens, formerly known as Awesome Kong, was honored as an active women’s wrestler at the Cauliflower Alley Club reunion in Las Vegas last week. She talked about her days with TNA without any bitterness and talked about signing with WWE. She said she has made it in wrestling without being a “skinny bitch” and praised Jim Ross and Steve Austin for opening the door for her to get into WWE.

WWE had its own table at the CAC reunion with Legends like Jim Ross, Sgt. Slaughter, Gerald Brisco, Ricky Steamboat, Ted DiBiase, Sunny and others. DiBiase was described as not moving well while Sunny is hoping for another run with the company. As noted before, DiBiase will be having both knee and a hip replacement soon.

As noted before, Steamboat told Dave Meltzer that he was about 80% recovered from the health issues he had a few months back. Steamboat still works a few days a week in Florida with the developmental talents. Brisco, who also had recent health problems, is now working with WWE as a scout and has lost some weight.
