@Bill … Air Boom didnt exactly split, Evan got injured and that fucked things up as far as the tag team goes, and was probably the only reason R-Truth ended up teaming with Kofi.
The reason the tag team division has been suffering has little or nothing to do with these teams splitting, and everything to do with the fact most of these teams should not have been put together in the first place. A tag team should be a tag team, not two singles competitors just thrown together for the sake of it.
The tag division needs teams like The Usos and Epico/Primo. What made the tag division so strong in the past was teams like The Hardys, E&C, Dudleys, Road Warriors, Demolition etc etc, teams with a reason to be together and who were predominantly tag wrestlers, not singles competitors.

Happy Birthday Eddy and Rest in piece. You are truley missed.

Anyone realize that since Carlito & Primo won the unified tag titles at WM 25, essentially every team to win the belts split shortly after they lost them? Jerishow, The Dashing Ones, Air Boom, & R-Boom are examples. No wonder the divison has been suffering for the past few years. Team Hell No better change this trend.

  • Little Jimmy

Well three’s a crowd, R-Truth and Little Jimmy are the best tag team in the WWE today.
