Kurt Angle announces retirement match at Wrestlemania

Kurt Angle’s career is coming to an end and on this week’s episode of Monday Night RAW in his hometown of Pittsburgh, he addressed the crowd about his future in WWE.

 


 

The WWE universe cheered him on and did his signature ”you suck” chants in respect. Kurt Angle came out to make the announcement in his ring gear.

He spoke about winning an Olympic Gold Medal with a “broken freakin’ neck” after leaving Pittsburgh 23 years ago. He said that he always considered Pittsburgh his hometown, no matter where he went.

Angle revealed that WrestleMania will be the last match of his career. He had one more match in Pitsburg before his final match at Wrestlemania. His opponent was Apollo Crews, whom he beat on this week’s RAW.

We will have to wait and see who Kurt Angle’s final opponent will be at Wrestlemania.
