Kurt Angle praises Jason Jordan and talks in-ring return

Kurt Angle is not only a WWE Hall Of Famer and Raw General Manager, but he’s also the on-screen father to Jason Jordan. The two seem to be getting along well so far, but you never know where things can be heading in WWE.

The Olympic Hero recently spoke to Garry, Tim, and Hamish about the current program he’s in with his kayfabe son, Jason Jordan. He really put over Jason for having an incredible ability in the ring and said this program is designed to help JJ in the long run.

“I think Jason has a lot of potential,” said the Hall of Fame inductee. “I think he’s going to be one of the more popular superstars down the road. He has a little bit of work to do – he’s a little bit shy – but as far as far as his athleticism, he’s one of the best we’ve got here. And I think this storyline is going to help him. Now, we haven’t really gritted down and gotten into the storyline, yet, but it’s going to happen eventually.”

However, Angle did have a bit of disappointing news when he revealed he didn’t know if this program would find him in the ring again. Because he doesn’t know if he’s wrestled his last match.

“We’ve talked about it,” said Kurt Angle, “but, I haven’t taken the physical yet. Really? I don’t know – I don’t know when, or if, I’m going to. My guess is, I will – but I’m going to sit, and wait, and be patient, and see how it all plays out.”
