Kurt Angle’s Brother Makes Plea Deal To Killing His Wife

Kurt Angle’s older brother, David Angle, pleaded guilty to killing his wife, Donna Angle, at their Pennsylvania home last September on Wednesday.

Dormont police and paramedics responded to a domestic disturbance at 6:24 am and found Donna Angle, 57, unresponsive on the living room floor. She was pronounced dead at the hospital at 7:13 am. According to Angle, he and his wife were in the living room at 3 am when she offered him some vodka, and she allegedly continued to badger him about drinking with her and that escalated into an argument. He then claimed that all of their arguments revolved around alcohol and that he has anger issues. Angle said that his wife tried to kick him and “grabbed both of her arms, pulled her off the couch, put his foot on her chest and then pulled.”

Angle reached a plea agreement for the lesser charge of voluntary manslaughter, according to WTAE. Angle is still in the Allegheny County Jail and could face up to 10 years in prison when he’s sentenced on September 20th.
