– Tommy Dreamer is confirmed for tonight and Tuesday night’s TNA iMPACT tapings in Orlando. Word is that Dreamer hasn’t signed a deal yet with TNA but obviously the two sides are in some kind of agreement.
The current plan in TNA is only for Dreamer to work on-air as a talent. Dixie Carter reached out personally to bring Dreamer into the company. There are people in the company who hope eventually he will start working backstage.
The US Trademark and Patents website lists WWE as the owner of the Tommy Dreamer name but it sounds like Dreamer will be using the name in TNA. He has used the name since long before his WWE days.
