— Lauren Brooke, who parted ways with TNA Wrestling this past week, issued the following statement to Wrestlezone.com regarding her departure from the organization:
“I have had a blast working for TNA and will greatly miss it! Its hard to leave a company like TNA, which truly becomes “family” to you, but it was time for me to focus on my hosting career, including my two shows with Golf Channel. More than anything, I’m going to miss the fans! They’ve been a huge support and I’ll never forget them.”
— Scoring the same rating as the previous week, last week’s episode of iMPACT! drew a 1.0 cable rating with 1.3 million viewers. Ratings plunged during hour two, which was noticeably capped off by 312,000 viewers tuning out within a fifteen minute time span and never coming back.
