Triple H says he’s trying to do what’s right for the business and tells Vince to look at him. Triple H says, I love you pop and I’m sorry. Triple H drop the mic and exits the ring while Vince cries his eyes out. The crowd finally claps for Vince as he just stands there in the ring. RAW goes off the air with “Thank you Vince” chants from the crowd as he is still crying.

  • WWE4LIFE

i think next week John Cena will get put in the title match and win then someone returns and gets a match against Cena at Sumerslam. Then at Sumerslam Cena will win Alberto Del Rio will come out cash in and win Triple Hcomes out and say its not over then he goes into the ring and say ring the bell and beat Alberto Del Rio!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Jason

Wow lots of comments here. Here is my take on it all. Maybe Cena will get time off, spend some time with family until they find a new storyline for him. Punk might have the belt but this is part of a storyline too. Take the belt and show it off in various places. Do you think legitimately the company is going to let him out of the building and quit keeping the belt and looking bad? This is ratings. Each WWE star gets a belt to keep in there possession for every becoming a champion. I saw Honky Tonk Man at a local match and him signing autographs and getting pictures with people and his belt from way back when. The whole storyline with Vince being “relieved of his duties” is an awesome angle and will bring HHH back in as a new manager. Someday it was going to happen due to Shane being estranged and Stephanie being behind the scenes. This is Vince passing the torch. Someday it was going to happen, just like Andre stepping aside for Hogan. NWO coming back? I do not think so. Kevin and Sean? I feel that could happen. With HHH at the helm this creates all new love hate relationships. Who will be the first for HHH?

  • Stumpy

Vince returns as the majority shareholder of Ring of Honor and they start another invasion angle that they actually follow through to a conclusion.

    It could happen…

  • Kevin

Yeah Punks gonna come back because Vince left….Dont you remember your doofus son in law and idiotic daughter or whatever he said?? No chance thats happening and if it does it makes no sense!!!

  • Justin

    What a dumbass ending.

  • rko

Next week on Raw H3 has a special announcement. He will announce that the wwe has come to an agreement with the champ to return now that vkm is out of the picture. The finals will still happen with Miz beating mysterio. A heel Miz vs a tweener punk feud for the wwe title.
I can’t think of a more predictable outcome.

  • BigDckJohnson

Really?! I have to disagree with everybody and say that it was a pretty good show! For once it was an actual “WRESTLING” show and not a soap opera! It may be just me but it was nice seeing the tourney, reminded me of king of the ring that actually led to a championship and not some stupid fucking crown, cape, and staff! I think we are in the midst of change with the cm punk storyline which isn’t over i bet and now the vinny mac angle.

  • Jon

Agree giantthinker, and worse part it a storyline Vince is not going anywhere corprate wise,it would be too costly for WWE sadly.

Would like to see the return of Evolution in this storyline but I don’t think Flair or Batista won’t go anywhere.

  • gianthinker

This Raw was terrible except for the last part with Cena/Vince/HHH….How do you follow the best story line you’ve had in years with that show? Should have started the show with the last part and made sure you paid CM Punk to be there and whatnot….

  • dgnr83d

triple h’s announcement = priceless moment

  • Greatness

    wow…just wow.

I have a feeling Vince returns as a manager. That was a powerful moment though, hopefully we get a tv-14 rating :)

  • Kevin

Come on now what real fan doesnt know that he owns WWE? Yeah its a storyline but Vince could be one of there top heels at any given minute. Hope there is a bigger picture with him buying another promotion or something..

  • Long Rod Von HugenDong

NOBODY is going to believe this is true… first John Cena ruining the angle with the corniness of his character, and then the firing of VKM? yeah, right…

  • RKO RULZ

LOL @ Vince calling it the “WWF” during the segment with he and Rey. I might have heard it wrong but it sure sounded like he said “WWF” instead of “WWE” before he corrected himself.

Aside from that, damn that was a moment when Triple H came out and made that announcement

  • josh

    I smell a new nWo.

Interesting to see where this go?

  • Effmenow

I really hope the crowd knows this is just a storyline

  • Kevin

This angle just went to shit!!!

  • Howe

Vince is welling up?! Haha. This is great.

  • Effmenow

Impact Wrestling *clap* *clap* *clap clap clap*
Impact Wrestling *clap* *clap* *clap clap clap*
Impact Wrestling *clap* *clap* *clap clap clap*

    VINCE MCMAHON……….YOUR’RE FIREEDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD.

We are witnessing the end of the Vince McMahon era! History is being made!

  • Kevin

Vince is gonna start a new promotion and sign CM PUNK too run against WWE…

  • Howe

    Trips is saving this angle.

  • Speedy23

Dude… Vinny Mac bout to get FIREDDD!

  • Howe

Who said that Punk wasn’t popular? :-D

btw, am i the only one who thinks triple h looks funny in that suit?

  • Kevin

Oh shit here comes THE GAME!!

  • Long Rod Von HugenDong

OMG john Cena is ruining this whole angle with this lame speech!

  • Effmenow

Cena is more important than the WWF championship match?

WWE is still riding Cena’s cock.

  • Kevin

    Cena is about to quit!

  • Howe

Who said that Punk wasn’t popular? :-D

  • Greatness

Lol Vince said WWF championship. Good job Vince, remember its an “E” instead of an “F”.

Fans going hard chanting for “CM Punk”. This angle is working perfect.

  • Jon

    Vincent doesn’t have the championship

  • Kevin

Raw is going to at least 11:20 tonight.. Anyone know if Punk is still at the game? That was the 1st inning maybe they just wanted it to look like he was watching the whole game and took a jet out of there..

  • Greatness

This is underwhelming, I was hoping for Truth vs Kofi but I should have known better. I really don’t want to see either one of them win but I know Del Rio is cashing in and then we learn of “Cena’s fate”. I’m hoping this is a Corporate Cena and that he goes heel in the near future.

  • josh

There is maybe 20 minutes left, and they have to do one more match and a promo that should take 20 minutes by itself. This isn’t including the Del Rio cash in that is going to happen

  • Kevin

Last night was a special night when it comes too crowds. He was in his hometown and the angle is just hot right now!!

  • CenaSucks

this crowd is fucking dead, fucking huge comedown from the chicago crowd

  • Kevin

Its gonna be just like the Miz won against Orton. Orton had a bad knee and Miz cashed in his money in the bank and now he wins the title and Del Rio cashes his in… I still want to see where this Punk storyline goes before I say the WWE dropped the ball..

  • Stumpy

i agree with Jake on his take. a cheap over for ADR against Miz.

  • Darren

always great to see Kelly Kelly -

  • Effmenow

Im gunna go on The Bella’s Twitter and tell her she just had a 5 Star match on RAW and that she should be proud.

  • Straight up Wrestling

    Tna knockouts rule period….

  • jake

Ahh!!! Miz will win Alberto will cash in and make The Miz tap with his bum knee. Book it

  • Long Rod Von HugenDong

Haha Punk is following Raw very intensly at the Cubs game, he is posting a lot of pics on his twitter… I bet he will do something before Raw ends. Otherwise, I think they would be missing the potential of the angle

  • Stumpy

i was waiting for Beth to make a heel turn and attack Double Kelly.

  • Howe

    hahaha at ^

why was kelly standing there looking lost holding the title after the match? Wasn’t she supposed to join in the arm raising with the other 6 women? I don’t even like TNA, but these girls get no time. The knockouts outshine them regularly…

  • josh

lol it lasted less than a minute

  • josh

    Really, a 14 woman tag match? Such a waste…

  • jake

check the score to the game that is going on right now

  • Stumpy

is that even really Punk? that shot was taken from someone’s tv screen.

  • Gary

ist not old pic or editied, and to me (after zooming in on the pic) the title is real

  • dgnr83d

i think the finals will be held at summerslam to crown a new wwe champion

  • ettubrute

Saw the pic of punk at the cubbies game. I think it is older. The title looks photoshopped in.

  • josh

Del Rio cashes it in after the final match

  • Jon

Kevin I don’t think you heard the news. Punk is at a Cubs game, he not comming to Raw tonight.

Whoever wins though is not the WWE champ, unless Punk get strip which he has to be in the WWE, Punk is the champ. The new championship is a toy.

  • jake

Punk WILL NOT be here tonight check wrestle zone for the pic :/

  • dgnr83d

all of these people are suddenly jumping into cm punk’s bandwagon and also those dorky john cena fans who are still whining after last night’s ppv

  • Effmenow

Wow this show sucks. I guess WWE Creative used everything they last night for the PPV.

But one thing is for sure, I still can’t tell if this whole CM Punk winning the title and leaving stuff is legit. If it’s not, they are doing a good job selling it.

  • Howe

    RICARDOOOOO RODRIGGGGGGUUUEEEZZZ!

  • Kevin

Come on guys give this show a chance and stop knocking it. Its 9:30 did you expect for Punk to start the show? He will probably interupt the final match and there wont be a conclusion too the match. You guys really think there number 1 guy Cena will be off TV long? Hell no thats horrible business. I like this tournament its like the show must go on and at the end boom out comes Punk too cause chaos…Ala Stone Cold Steve Austin!!

  • josh

    @Long Rod Von HugenDong

The crowd is not into this tournament. Neither am I. It’s too big of a tournament to have it all in one night.

  • Long Rod Von HugenDong

Is it just me or this tournament is meaningless and boring? Indeed, CM Punk = Ratings

  • CenaSucks

WHY THE FUCK IS THIS EVEN A QUESTION HERE, SERIOUSLY, WHY THE FUCK ARE THEY TALKING ABOUT WHAT THE CONSEQUENCES ARE?

    HE GETS FUCKING FIRED !!!!

Seriously, if they arent going to go throuh with it, why fucking even make the stipulation

  • jake

the Miz will win this tournament and become a Jericho like heel, how he won the title with a buster knee

  • Jon

So basically Vince is going to get a toy belt and crown a new WWE champion. Stupid CM Punk is and when he defends it he is the WWE champion

  • jake

anyone else see the mini cam in the corner?

Finals will be screwed with a weird finish and that being the deciding camera angle

  • Mr. Spadez

Ok …. so the point of CM Punk taking the title was what… if you’re just going to hold a tournament the very NEXT night to replace the champ?? Come on WWE.

  • josh

    @CenaSucks

    I know right

  • CenaSucks

WTF seriously, severe consequences Vince is now saying. WASNT HE SUPPOSED TO GET FUCKING FIRED. Sick of it already. 5 minutes without Punk and its down the shitter

  • Kevin

Vince promised A night will never forget!!!! I hope its in a good way.

  • Kevin

The Vince heel character is great and hopefully thats whats about to happen!!

  • Cody

    @ CenaSucks

Yes they are slow. The save Cena campaign has already begun. So him being “fired” will probably last all of a week. If that.

  • CenaSucks

wow this site is so slow to respond to news, are there any other big wrestling news sites?

Btw i am refering to the shit that cena said oon twitter about 2 hours ago about rocky and about him getting rehired

  • Long Rod Von HugenDong

Can’t wait for RAW… it’s been more than 10 years since I have been really anticipating the show
