Luke Harper finally made his in-ring return at tonight’s WWE live event in Rochester, New York. We haven’t seen the former SmackDown Live Tag Team Champion on TV since the Bludgeon Brothers lost the titles to the New Day back in 2018, though he did make some appearances at NXT house shows.
Harper underwent some wrist surgery while Erick Rowan was on the shelf, and it was assumed that both men would return together to jump back into the tag team scene. However, with Rowan taking on the role of Daniel Bryan’s bodyguard, Harper could be put back into singles competition.
At tonight’s event in Rochester, Harper defeated Mojo Rawley in a one-on-one match. He teased his return on Twitter early this morning.
Is anything going on in Rochester, NY tonight?
