WWE is expected to make the announcement of the location for WrestleMania 33, which is Minneapolis, in December when they return for a Raw TV taping.

Orlando reportedly wanted the event badly and the feeling is if Orlando doesn’t get it in 2017, they’ll get it in 2018.
The reason that Minneapolis would get the event over Orlando is because Minneapolis is getting a new stadium and WWE would be holding a major event before a Super Bowl is held in the venue.
