- TMZ has updated their story on WWE pulling Randy Orton from The Marine 3 after Marines complained about Orton receiving a bad conduct discharge in 1999 after going AWOL twice. Cpl. Mike Vinn told TMZ:

“On behalf of all the Marines from Aco 1/4 98-02, that were outraged to hear about Randy Orton portraying a Marine in the next movie “Marine: Homefront”, I’d like to thank the WWE for pulling Orton from the role when they heard about his disloyal service to the United States Marine Corps. It shows respect for not only the unit I had served in, but for every person that has ever defended this nation. Thank you WWE.”

- Matt Hardy was scheduled to be in court on Monday for his 2011 arrests but got a continuance until May 14th.

- PWInsider reports that there are already WWE talents not too happy about Brock Lesnar returning, likely for similar reasons they weren’t happy with The Rock coming back.

    Gary.
Tensai/Albert/A-Train left to gain further wrestling experience. And continued to give his all till the day he left the company. He saw out his contract and moved on. Lesnar on the other hand. Asked for his release early. And really left under a cloud following a frankly shoddy, last outing against Goldberg at Mania. My big concern is Lesnars stickability. When things don’t go right for him, he seems to go into a sulk and then walk away. Like he did previously in WWF, and subsequently in NFL and UFC. I’m glad he’s back. But I think a 1 year contract is a sensible move. Let him prove that he really wants to be back. And is not just coming back because his UFC career didn’t go as he planned.

    the way i see it…

the “stars”, sorry, “superstars” of today shouldnt be complaining one single bit about the rock or brock returning. why you ask….simple, if they were doing their job right in the fist place, they wouldnt have to worry about their “spot on the ladder”. in face, they should be happy brock came back. when he left he took a lot of people with him.same with the rock. now that brocks back, i wouldnt be surprised if things got a little more…..loose.

  • Gary

Why is no one upset about Prince Albert returning?

  • Drew

You mean that got that had a whole segment where he just drank milk…….yep no reason why that guy should come back

  • Greg

    @whocares
Thank you for your service and dont let the stupid anti army trolls get to you. They have a big bark when their sitting at their computers but if they saw you in person theyd be licking your boots. Wrestlers need to stop their whining and make a statement of their own. Its funny nobody was complaining when hogan came back to wrestle the rock and nobody ever complains when mick foley wrestles but god forbid the rock and brock lesnar the two most successful cross over wrestlers come back. Its jealousy plain and simple they all wish they had the charisma and the presence of the brahma bull and the anomaly.

  • Marc

Whoever is hating on The Rock and Brock returning needs to look at themselves in the mirror and think maybe the reason they aren’t getting pushed is not because the Rock and Brock are “taking their spot” but the fact that the spot isn’t their’s in the first place. Don’t worry about what others do, man up, work your ass off and the spot will be earned and not given. Seriously grow up fellas

  • Peep this

Fact Randy Orton went awall and did time in the brig. Fact he was dishonorable discharged. He’s a pos and has no place being a marine or playing a fictional one. Young dumb or whatever his excuse is. He deserted his men, the core and the united states of America.

  • Dave

I have absolutely no problem with Lesnar re-signing. On one small condition. We were all looking at 2012 as being a breakout year for several superstars. Most notably Cody Rhodes and Dolph Ziggler. I just hope that the return of guys like Lesnar and The Rock doesn’t mean that guys like that are held back from the major championship picture.

  • Fizzy

Instead of complaining I think the ‘stars of today’ should take this as a blessing in disguise because fact of the matter is that whilst the company’s top star cena is feuding with all these big returning superstars, They are being given more time to develop into interesting enough characters to actually make a feud with cena or any other company big star worth watching and entertaining, remember it takes two to tango and when cena feuded with the rock the whole year build up was better than a regular miz feud.

  • Satan

It’s because they fear him they have been busting their ass off in WWE year in and year out and here comes Brock Lesnar who completely abandons the business comes back and he gets the biggest pop in a long time they fear for their “spot” or whatever but none of these newer guys are even close to achieving Rock/Brock status they have nothing to fear they are gonna stay where they are

  • lol

and this is whats wrong with the world today…and the wwe/wrestling as a whole…Too many chiefs …this new talent really needs to grow up..and get over it they aren’t drawing shit..so you have to go with a sure bet…Vince needs money to pay all these fools right?…As far as the marine movie..Orton not being in it over a few crybaby marines that most likely never left training in the first place…2012 is so fucked up it really is…sad to see what we have really become.

  • fail

Fact is lesnar and rock are just better then everybody else on the roster. The resentment to the rock was ridicolous look at the buys wm did they should be thanking lesnar and the rock for making wrestling relevant again

  • http://wrestlingedge.com donny

whats up with disrespectful names on this kamhalas foot and now wife beater 3:16 come up with something that doesn’t disrespect people

  • Whocares

I’m in the army myself. If one of the guys that got kicked out during basic training wen on to be in a movie about a super tough soldier, I would be pissed.
Oh, and not everyone in the military is a “murdering scumbag”. Some of us are legit American heroes.

  • CC

Jesus christ, is the locker room full of cry babies?
Do they also get upset when a new talent signs as well?

  • RUSTanator

    @xXx

what the fuck does ”yano” mean?

are you trying to say ”you know”

  • sam

so there unhappy….AGAIN are they going to be even more unhappy if austin does come back to wrestle punk at next years wrestlemania and claim hes taking a spot?

  • http://www.wrestling-edge.com/wwe-news-rumors/marine-wwe-pulling-orton-talents-happy-lesnar-hardy.html Jason (not that Jason)

Simple u little whinny complainers……learn to draw!!!!!

  • http://google the dude

Hey hers a wacky idea instead of pissing and moaning make a statement prove yourself make vince and evrybody else belive you deserve that spot not lesnar

  • Logan

HATE!HATE!HATE!HATE!HATE! Look at Zack Ryder he took matters in his own hands and stands out. The talent complaining can do the same thing too.

  • Mark

didnt the rock say once that if you dont want to be with this company do what the slogan said and get the F out !!!

  • cheesehandler

too all and any wrestlers complaining about certain star returns…if you dont like it…tna is just down the road!!

  • Zane

Whats up with these “WWE Talents” moaning about The Rock and Brock Lesnar returning I’d like to see a single one of them have the guts to tell them straight to their face.

  • Wife Beater 3:16

They’re afraid of someone who appears twice a month?

Talent have days within a month to establish themselves as stars. Sounds like insecurity.

  • Eve’s left nipple

rko that is a pathetic excuse saying your young and dumb, He was in there with people of his age who have made it. Why would the Marines want someone who went AWOL portraying them?

  • Prince

As many legends and former stars have said previously to guys not being happy about Rock coming back, guys need to shut up and earn their spot. That’s how the business works. Rock and Brock earned their spots, and they draw. They have the right to return if they want to. The guys bitching need to worry about performing and actually earning their way, rather than complaining when guys who are better than them take their spots.

  • HATER

Some of these guys need to man up and do a better job to get themselves noticed more instead of whinning about 1 Person

  • dan

its not brocks/ rocks fault they come back to the wwe after years and years and can draw ten times the amounth any wwe current talent can…

  • Stevie P

Of course they’re upset. They just need to suck it up. Brock already paid his dues and put himself over the last time he was in the WWE. He can come back and do what he wants because really, the WWE needs him more than he needs them and he can already draw.

  • BlaH

I guess Randy has no strokewith the usmc.
U had to know this was going to get messy stupid move by McMahon.

  • rko

Ridiculous. Orton admitted to being young and dumb with the marines. It has little to do with how he feels about the USAF’s now. Dumb marines.

  • xXx

easy, make a starship troopers sequel with orton and kelly in it. yano, aliens, muscle, guns, boobs.

  • Mark

wow whats wrong with the WWE talent? hes only just come back.

  • Whatever

Well, Brock is a talent too.
    So deal with it!
