Mark Henry Featured on the WWE Vengeance Pay-Per-View Poster

– The promotional poster for WWE’s Vengeance pay-per-view has been released and features #1 contender to the World Heavyweight Title Mark Henry. This is a non-English version but the tagline “Vengeance Is Mine” is used.

This year’s Vengeance takes place on October 23rd from the AT&T Center in San Antonio, Texas. You can see the poster below:

I have really tried hard to be a Mark Henry fan over the years. He is a huge, likeable character (liked him better as “sexual chocolate”). It’s almost hard to imagine that he has been around 15 years, and hasn’t already been a world champion. He has to be almost 40 years old, so I think they should have pushed him a few years ago. Not sure how to feel about this.

I don’t know just don’t see Mark Henry a World champion. To me that has Oh Please NO written all over it. I mean to me not everybody in wrestling is WWE or World champion material an Mark seems like one of those wrestlers. I think the only reason why of this little push is because Mark Henry is retiring soon. So they are giving him a little push before he goes out the door. To me either Big Show or Kane is going to end Mark Henry career.

Wow, you know, I actually like this poster(mainly the logo), but wasn’t WWE teasing an Undertaker return? Why Mark Henry?……. oh, who am I kidding, that would be stupid to put a returning guy on a PPV poster.

  • Seth

Sheamus will cost Henry the title and so Henry will be looking for vengeance against him.

  • Jon

Wish the old logo of venegene was still on

  • Jimbo

Looks like an awesome poster to me.

Yeah, because Mark Henry just screams PPV buys.
