Possible Match for Hogan, Tonight’s Impact, TNA Attendance, More

– The April 26th TNA live event in Erie, Pennsylvania drew 950 fans. The April 25th Impact Wrestling tapings in Indiana, PA drew 3,300 fans. No word yet how much of it was papered.

– Tonight’s episode of Impact Wrestling will feature Chris Sabin’s return against Zema Ion and Sonjay Dutt in a contender’s match, Kurt Angle’s open challenge to Aces & 8s plus Taryn Terrell and Mickie James vs. Tara and Gail Kim.

– As noted before, TNA has hired former WWE Live Events employe Rafael Morfii recently, to work in their new restructured live events department. Morfii was highly regarded in WWE and it was a big deal internally when he was let go. Nobody had anything negative to say about him but he was a victim of Triple H and Stephanie McMahon trying to hire their own people in that department.

– TNA is building to a match between Bully Ray and Hulk Hogan, possibly for this year’s Bound For Glory pay-per-view.

    Ahh, I get it.

Aces and Eights is REALLY about getting over as more than a Jobber Stable just so that Bully can drop the belt to Hogan.

This way, Hogan can get one last run as champion, defeat each member and hold the title for a year so that he can retire as champion.

    I won’t be watching.

I’m not a big TNA fan, but really? They have talented guys on the roster, but they’ve cut down to just 4 PPV’s a year and half of them are going to be headlined by either Sting or Hogan!

I love TNA, but seriously Hogan vs Bully Ray. Its getting to the point that its just becoming tough to even enjoy tna anymore. I mean you got Roode, Aries, AJ, Joe, Bad Influence, Cowboy James Storm and the X division yet Hogan is always there!
