- Another recent change to the WWE Wellness Policy is that all talents that have gone through drug rehabilitation must undergo a more frequent and unannounced testing program than the other talents in the company.
– Scott Hall was released from a rehabilitation facility last week to take care of some personal issues but is believed to have returned this week. As noted before, WWE is paying for Hall’s current treatment.
– Matches advertised for SmackDown’s October 1st debut on SyFy include Wade Barrett vs. John Cena with Nexus as Lumberjacks, Randy Orton vs. Sheamus and Kane vs. Undertaker.
Rey Mysterio vs. Alberto Del Rio is confirmed and there has been talk of having a big interbrand tag team match with the top champions from each show facing each other. The show will air live next Friday from the Ford Center in Oklahoma City.
