- Below is episode #33 of Zack Ryder’s YouTube show:

– The Pilot newspaper in North Carolina reports that Matt Hardy was released from jail after his September 14th arrest with a note of “promise to appear” because NC magistrate Charlie Smoak ordered that Hardy would only be released from custody if he underwent treatment for substance abuse, or entered rehab, which he did.

Hardy would have been placed in jail under a $1 million bond had he not went to rehab.

    @nick

    Sad but true.

  • Ironcross

    Since when is Matt hardy WWE news?

  • Nick is Awsome

    i was going to lay off hardy if he went to rehab for real but if your only going to make your self and your bank account look good than rehab is a waste of time. if you think that while he is there that he is going to have some kinda spiritual break through then you will be dissapointed becuse he is matt hardy and all matt hady cares about is matt hardy or mathew hardy depending on what personality is in controll that day

    He wouldnt have had to pay a million dollars, he still woulda had to pay alot but it would’ve been more like $100,000 or whatever 10% of a million is, I suck at math. Either way I agree itleast he is getting help wether its to get out of jail or not. Jail doesn’t change people like this, they accept it as part of thier lifestyle, they need rehab.

  • adam

  • venom

    Wow, I thought Fatt Hardy was getting help because he thought he needed it. He is doing it because he doesn’t want to pay the million dollars.
