Men’s Elimination Chamber to feature 7 participants

We noted before how WWE had announced a second chance fatal four-way qualifying match for the men’s elimination chamber match for this week’s episode of Raw.

Bray Wyatt, Finn Balor, Matt Hardy and Apollo Crews were expected to be part of this match but Seth Rollins was added to the bout later, making it a fatal five-way.

The match took place in the main event of this week’s Raw and ended in confusion when both Rollins and Balor pinned Wyatt and ended the show arguing about the real winner.

After Raw went off air, Renee Young interviewed Kurt Angle in a Facebook Live video and the Raw General Manager announced that both these stars will be part of the upcoming Chamber match.

At this point, it’s not known how this stipulation will play out in the Elimination Chamber match which was originally designed for 6 participants but it’s likely that 3 persons will start the bout instead of 2.
