– As reported earlier, WWE is no longer advertising Mick Foley for the November 14 Raw SuperShow at the TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. He has been removed from www.wwelivetour.com and www.tdgarden.com. Mick Foley claims in an interview published today that he has yet to hear from WWE regarding a possible return to the organization.

He told NewsDay.com, “Working a couple of days a week compared to all week is not problematic… Would not be a deal breaker at all. That’s assuming I get that phone call… I’m sure there’s a lot of people on that list. I might have to scale back on some things, but that would be OK.”

Maxim’s “Salute To The Military” issue, which hits newsstands next week, features a two-page spread on Kelly Kelly. The spread features a brief interview with Kelly regarding WWE’s annual Tribute to the Troops effort.

— G4 is airing a Tough Enough marathon today.

I’d like to ‘two-page spread’ Kelly Kelly. ;-)

Foley was announced for Raw 11/14. Maybe they want a surprise return instead of announcing it. Maybe he’ll help Rock and Cena at SS or be in The Rumble.

Foley will be back just not now. The WWE is smarter than the average fan. They have built up so much hype and revenue with The Rock that bringing in another “primetime” legend could be an inflation of ideas at this moment. Especially with Wrestlemania around the corner. I would like to see Bobby Lashley back to be honest or my personal favorite Shelton Benjamin. Some pound for pound or technical wrestler that can make a difference for a while. Well goodnight all signing off.

Think maybe they are doing this so Foley is a surprise.

  • Joshua

Id rather a two legged spread!

  • D2K

I have a better idea. Get rid of John Laryngitis and make Foley the RAW GM again.

  • Dave

Joey Styles is pushing for the hardcore division to come back. Why not fill the gap that NXT will eventually leave in the schedule, with a hardcore themed show. Put it out later in the evening do it can go out as a tv-14 show, so you can have a bit of blood and swearing where it is needed. And make Foley the GM of the new show. You could even go really mad and give it a real hardcore name. I was thinking something like Extreme Championship Wrestling.
And not that ECW Lite shit they palmed us off with a few years back. What do you guys think?

Keep waiting Foley. Your time has come and gone. Go write another book.
