The Intercontinental Champion has had an incredible two years. WWE’s most must-see superstar has made the Intercontinental title relevant again and has been in feuds with some of the world’s top wrestling talent ranging from all three members of the Shield to Sami Zayn, Kevin Owens, and Cesaro.
The star of the Marine franchise has been with the WWE since 2004 and has spent the past fourteen years making a name for himself and proving that he belongs in the WWE, and it looks like he’s not going anywhere anytime soon. According to PWInsider, The Miz has signed for four more years with the WWE, bringing him up to 2022.
That leaves enough time for the 8-time IC champion to break Chris Jericho’s record, or maybe capture the WWE title one more time. Whatever he does next, it will be can’t miss television.
