- Monday’s RAW episode scored a 2.66 cable TV rating, down six% from last week’s year-low 2.82 rating.

Not only was it the lowest rating of the year but it was also the lowest non-holiday rating since December 3rd, 2012.

As noted earlier, RAW averaged 3.68 million viewers. The show averaged 3.62 million viewers for the first and second hour, and 3.80 million viewers for the final third hour.

I’m aware of that, but Axel doesn’t really intrigue me. I guess we’ll have to wait and see what happens.

  • The Killswitch

There’s still some merit to Heyman, though. As I recall, there was an article on the WWE site not too long ago that featured other stars that he endorsed, whether people knew it or not. Lesnar and Punk were not his only projects.

  • ddfindl

I honestly never would have wanted him to be Heyman’s third guy in the first place. No disrespect or anything against Henning, but I don’t see this story line going anywhere. I’m still interested where it goes though, so we’ll see.

  • king god hades

ok but how many people will remember that

  • ddfindl

    …he was still mentioned.

    Jesus.

  • king god hades

yes it does because they weren’t talking that much about his talent but to further the triple h storyline

  • The Killswitch

Well first off, I wouldn’t have overhyped him by introducing the next Heyman client before we know who it is. That seemed to disappoint a lot of people. Instead I would have had him set up a feud with Jericho, since Punk is taking time off. Give him some quality matches to display his in-ring skills. Show that why we should care about him. Then give him a PPV to build up to. Although it doesn’t really fit the “payback” theme, You could spin it by saying Heyman is getting “payback.”

  • ddfindl

It really doesn’t matter what the correlation is.

  • king god hades

in correlation to what specifically…the storyline he’s currently in

  • ddfindl

He was also mentioned throughout the show.

  • king god hades

i see what your saying becoming another drew mcintyre

so how would you have brought him in

  • The Killswitch

I partially agree though. True, he’s not in every segment or replays, but three main events in three weeks after debuting is a bit much. If he had at least one quality match that wasn’t the main event, he won’t become a passing fad too quickly.

  • king god hades

he had two segments and one led to the other

  • ddfindl

He pretty much was. He made appearances through out the show.

  • Kristopher Robinson

Agreed, have him work with jobbers or something.

  • Ray Myer

I’m glad. And I hope we can continue to drop their ratings more. It’s time the WWE be bent over and butt raped for trying to screw -us-, the fans, over with a PG product we obviously despise. This evident by a lack of ratings ever since Cena was forced onto us years ago.
Please, guys. Don’t even bother tuning in anymore. Albeit Vince has preached and preached that it is about the fans? It turns into being about what -he- wants. And whether he likes it or not the -VAST- majority of the WWE’s fanbase are NOT children.

  • king god hades

force feeding is where you see him throughout the show from the beginning to the end

  • d_pooch

Note: Curtis Axel has been booked in the main event 3 weeks straight. Stop doing that! Put him on at 9 or 10pm, but not 11pm. They’re force-feeding him.
