While it was rumored earlier this summer that Rey Mysterio had signed a deal with the WWE, it was later revealed to be a rumor and nothing more. However, since then, more reports have come out claiming that Mysterio is indeed making his way to the WWE soon.
Mysterio has been in talks with the WWE since his appearance at this year’s Royal Rumble when the crowd erupted for the former WWE Champion. The Wrestling Observer Newsletter has reported that the two parties are close to finalizing a deal, and it seems he might be in as soon as the All In event is finished.
For now, the Ultimate Underdog only has one official date booked after All In, and the WWE is planning to bring him on board as soon as possible.
