– Devin sent the following: Curt Hawkins will be signing autographs at the Florida Championship Wrestling events in Brooksville, Florida on August 7th, 2009 and Orlando, Florida on August 8th, 2009.
– Marc sent the following: During a WWE RAW commercial break over the Score in Canada Monday night, there was a commercial for the Smackdown/ECW tapings in Hamilton on September 15 and advertised as appearing were CM Punk, Rey Mysterio and Edge. Obviously this is probably old given Edge’s injury, but there were no mentions of Jeff Hardy.
– Steve Austin’s new movie The Stranger begins filming in Vancouver this week. The movie stars Adam Beach of Law and Order fame and follows an FBI agent, Beach, who is tracking down a material witness involved in a top-secret investigation – Steve Austin. Erica Cerra, from SyFy’s Eureka program, will play a psychiatrist in the movie.
