– We noted before that Amelia’s Law was passed by the Tennessee Senate and House in March of this year. Amelia’s Law is named after Wayne “Zeb Colter” Keown’s 16 year old granddaughter who was killed by a drunk parolee fleeing from police back in 2012. Zeb posted an updated on Twitter this morning:
