– Our correspondent at Friday night’s WWE NXT live event in Citrus Springs, Florida noted that a match with Hideo Itami vs. Viktor of The Ascension was exceptional. They have seen Itami wrestle NXT live event matches against Tye Dillinger and CJ Parker, and said the match with Viktor was the best.
– NXT star Tye Dillinger has been using a new heel gimmick at NXT live events where he taunts his opponents with playing cards. Dillinger lost to Hideo Itami at Saturday night’s NXT live event in Lakeland, Florida and was wearing different ring gear, without the playing cards. It appears the gimmick has been dropped already. Our NXT correspondent noted a few weekends back that it seemed like the gimmick was losing momentum quickly.
