– WWE recently announced that Bobby Roode will be wrestling at tonight’s NXT live event in Cocoa, FL at the Cocoa Armory. Roode worked several matches on the WWE NXT tour earlier this month in the UK. Roode had yet to make his official NXT TV debut and did not work the last set of TV tapings.

– As noted, WWE had filed a trademark request for Clash of Champions earlier this year, and an alleged leaked schedule of post-Brand Split PPVs had the Clash of Champions replacing the Night of Champions PPV event on September 25th in Indianapolis, Indiana at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. Ticketmaster is now advertising the Night of Champions event as Clash of the Champions.
