– For a few years now WWE has had the middle rope of their rings pink during the month of October to promote Breast Cancer Awareness campaigns with Susan G. Komen. With SmackDown airing on October 1st this Thursday, it’s expected for the rope to be pink starting at tonight’s SmackDown TV tapings.
– Former WCW owner Ted Turner won a Lifetime Achievement Award at The Emmy’s this year. Former WCW President Eric Bischoff commented on Turner winning the award:
