ESPN’s Jonathan Coachman, who previously worked for WWE for nearly a decade, has offered some perspective on Ronda Rousey possibly transitioning to to Vince McMahon’s world.
Unsurprisingly, many combat sports and WWE fans are discussing the possibility after Rousey suffered a devastating defeat to Amanda Nunes in 48 seconds at UFC 207 – a defeat which Coachman correctly predicted in fact, saying Nunes would knock out Rousey in dominating fashion.
Here is his opinion on Rousey potentially making the jump, which he sounds just as sure about as his pre-fight prediction:
Sorry no chance. You can’t bring in her at any point. Perception matters. That performance mattered. https://t.co/0HGPgVNLod

Coachman doesn’t even think WWE will consider Rousey as a ‘name’ to help the company draw ratings, increase pay-per-view buys or sell network subscriptions.
Michael listen to me. It will NEVER happen. They are not in the business of bringing in a broken star and rebuilding her. https://t.co/JUOAVig2ov

Would you guys like to see Ronda in WWE? After her two back-to-back defeats, how does this change things?
