Outcome of Universal Title match at Royal Rumble reportedly still undecided

At the Royal Rumble event on January 27th, Brock Lesnar will be defending his Universal Title against Braun Strowman, in what is a highly anticipated matchup between two monsters in the ring.

The two had a very awkward segment on this week’s RAW, which was a huge letdown for fans. It was reported later that Braun Strowman had forgotten his lines for the segment.

On Barn Burner’s No Holds Barred podcast, the Universal Title plans were discussed. Joe Peisich reported that WWE is still currently weighing their options as to which way to go for the finish. Here is what he said:

“Brock Lesnar and Braun Strowman, you saw the confrontation on RAW tonight. They don’t know what direction they’re going to yet. Could Braun Strowman win the title or could Brock Lesnar keep the title heading into WrestleMania? They don’t know what direction they’re going into yet. So a lot of things are up in the air with WrestleMania and with the Royal Rumble and with WWE.”

It is uncertain whether Braun Strowman will actually be winning the Universal Title at the Royal Rumble, especially since he forgot his lines. Things simply do not look good for him right now. We will have to wait until the Royal Rumble to see what happens.

I believe sometime in 2019 Braun Strowman will either be Unverlasial Champion or WWE Champion. I do also believe once he wins he will have a long run.

There is no real proof that Strowman forgot his lines, this has yet to be confirmed. Though, so what if he did… the segment was boring because of the actual injury, not being healed up. Brock never speaks because of his bad teeth and because he always botches his lines. Big deal.

The entire article was just words… no one knows where the direction that the WWE is going, only the WWE knows this. Which makes this entire article speculative and moot.
