The leader of Absolution has been out with an injury for a few weeks now after an incident at a house show. While she hasn’t been wrestling, the leader of Absolution appeared with her other members on the New Years edition of Monday Night Raw to talk about the Women’s Royal Rumble, stating that they’d be a force to be reckoned with.
Sadly, that doesn’t seem to be the case. According to PWInsider, Paige will not be cleared in time for the history-making event. WWE is very cautious when it comes to neck or spinal issues, so they won’t allow Paige into a ring unless they are certain she’s 100%.
When the injury originally took place, officials believed it to be a stinger. However, it looks like the damage was a bit more severe. While she won’t be in the match, she’ll probably be near ringside to support her Absolution members.
