Paul Heyman Talks The Rock Ducking Brock Lesnar, Lesnar’s Work Schedule, Conor McGregor

The Sun recently interviewed Brock Lesnar’s advocate Paul Heyman and Lesnar himself to promote the new WWE 2K17 video game. You can check out some highlights here:

On Brock Lesnar possibly facing The Rock:

“Notice how The Rock picks fights with Bray Wyatt, or fights with Rusev and John Cena? Notice how The Rock doesn’t pick a fight with Brock Lesnar? Is Brock Lesnar ready for The Rock? Is The Rock ready for Brock Lesnar?”

On The Rock vs. Brock Lesnar being a huge match that would sell out Wrestlemania:

“I find it insulting that you would say that in front of Brock. I think Brock Lesnar against anyone is an automatic sell-out. Brock does not wrestle 52 Monday’s a year on Monday Night Raw, he does not come to your home town every week, his appearances are rare. They are unique and extraordinary. Which is why, whenever Brock Lesnar appears it is a rare and unique opportunity for the paying customer to see the greatest living athlete in the history of WWE appear live in an extraordinary event that only Brock Lesnar can deliver on. This is why he is the greatest box office attraction.”

On Conor McGregor claiming he’s a bigger draw than Lesnar:

“He’s an interesting fellow. It’s a shame he doesn’t have his facts straight. If Conor McGregor would like to step into a ring or an Octagon against Brock Lesnar to determine not who truly is the biggest box office attraction, we can make that winner take all in bragging rights.”

The Rock is really done in the Pro Wrestling ring. Last time he was in the ring with John Cena 1 on 1 he got injury if I remember so why would he get in the ring with Brock Lasner. Only 1 person I see the Rock coming back to wrestle that is HHH because HHH would take care of The Rock in the ring. Nobody else he will step in the ring with.

Dwayne is smart for not wanting to be a “mark” if anyone is going to lay down, it’s Lesnar. The Rock has earned his Stripes whereas, Brock is only and commercially a money making tactic.

I think that would be a dangerous/pointless match, IMO. And I think that Brock is starting to loos his momentum. If they just keep building him the way they are, it’s going to be impossible for him to face anybody. If he can’t be beat, then why would anybody want to loss their, “spot” and/or momentum, wanting to have a program with Brock. His program with Orton, was a waste of time and money and did nothing for either supertar.
