Brazilian UFC Welterweight Paulo Thiago has been forced out of his originally scheduled bout against Johny Hendricks according to a recent post made on Twitter from the Hendricks Camp.
An undisclosed elbow injury that will require surgery before Thiago is able to return to fighting was the reason for Thiago’s decision to pull out of the bout.
The fight was originally scheduled to take place on the next UFC On Versus Live card which is set to take place on March 3rd in Louisville, Kentucky.
No replacement opponent has been named for Hendricks at this point.
