– People backstage at Monday night’s RAW were wondering about Brodus Clay’s future after WWE had Xavier Woods use Clay’s theme song and entrance with Cameron and Naomi for his win over Heath Slater. No word yet on what this means for Clay or if they’re setting up for a feud between the two. Xavier thanked Clay on Twitter for “helping” him with the entrance.

    And to be honest, with the amount of big heels they have had in recent times, do we need another?
    You have the whole Wyatt family, Reigns, Ryback & Kane for starters. Too many monster heels defeats the whole purpose of the idea. A monster heel should be unique, not be one of many.

    I have the same problem with Clay being a monster heel that I do with Show being a monster heel. They both just look like they’re having too much fun. Not fun in a sinister heel way, but just plain fun in the ring. It’s not an evil, sadistic “joy.” It’s just delight at getting paid to “play.”

    I’d like to see more tag teams – REAL teams, not just two guys thrown together. both heel teams and face teams. When you open up the tag team division good things happen.
    * Teams feud with other teams
    * Teams feud internally
    * Team members turn on each other
    * “gimmick” matches where rival teams split up with enemies forced to team with each other

    and that’s just a few suggestions.

    “People backstage … were wondering about Brodus Clay’s future …”

    What future?

    Clay and Tensai could be a great heel tag team, which is what they need.

    Turning him into a monsterous villian like WWE should have done in the first place
