Former WWE Superstar Drew Galloway (Drew McIntyre) was ringside for tonight’s (Sat. April 1, 2017) NXT Takeover: Orlando event. He was referred to as his old WWE name, Drew McIntyre. He later confirmed with ESPN that he will be returning to the company and is chasing the NXT title:
“Well, the answer’s pretty simple,” said McIntyre. “I’ve won championships all across the world. I’ve helped build brands. So what’s the next logical thing for me to do? It’s to come here and win the NXT title.”
