The main event segment of this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw saw the heels of the locker room uniting against the Shield and beating the trio.
During the segment, there was a spot where Seth Rollins was thrown into the vehicle set up at the side of the stage and the glass window he was thrown into broke down.
From the looks of it, it appears that the breaking of the window was not planned and as seen in the photos below, the Intercontinental Champion suffered some nasty cuts from the spot:

No word yet on if Rollins suffered any serious injury from the spot or if he will miss any time, but we’ll keep you updated on his status as more details come to light.
