Plans for Monday’s Raw Involving Pat Patterson & Bret Hart

Plans as of yesterday for Monday’s Raw in Montreal is for Pat Patterson’s appreciation segment not to air live, similar to Shawn Michaels appreciation night.

Patterson, who is from Montreal, has been affiliated with WWE since the late 70s and his run with Bob Backlund for the title, and has worked as an announcer, booker, agent, head of talent relations and several other jobs. He’s the guy who came up with the Royal Rumble concept after being involved in Roy Shire Battle Royals in the 60s and 70s and is regarded as one of the greatest at coming up with finishes in the history of wrestling.

Focal points of tomorrow’s show are expected to be Bret Hart’s appearance and CM Punk, Paul Heyman and John Cena on-going storyline.

oh, and joe has to wear the singlet and chew gum with a smirk on his face..
AND, be managed by Josh Matthews, who could be the next great manager IF the wwe decides to go that route. Give him a tennis raquet and he could be the new jim

the wwe has done nothing in a while to create the next generation. It seems they push great talent and then all of a sudden they just drop the push. They have some great people on the roster now they just dont use them right….instead they always bring back older talent to enhance the ppv’s and shows..

what a great way to thrust someone into the spotlight and create a new up and coming star .

I dont see punk getting involved with bret hart, it would take away from his current storyline.
How great would it be if Mcgillicuty came out and got in brets face, only for bret to light a fire underneath him and guide him to be like his father, mr perfect!!!!
Thus, we have ‘the perfectionist’ Joe Hennig.
