    Over the last 12 months miz is easily the most improved wrestler in the world.. Look at all he accomplished during that period simply put he is the miz, he is number 1 and he my friends is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!

  • me

    i like miz, but i think even miz know’s he shouldn’t be anywhere close to #1, no offence to him, i was legitimately happy he won MITB and the title, but seriously……..

  • TheMark

    Punk is a certainty for next year.

  • rick

    I assumed it would have been Orton.

  • Marky Mark

    Michael Cole had more heat then Miz during half his run as champ, lol. But i digress, really indifferent to who is number one on PWI 500 list.

    @Justin

    Even though the WWE pushes who they want, it’s still up to the wrestler to ‘get over’ with the fans. Miz easily is the top heel in the company at the moment. He’s had fueds with top stars and now in a decent fued with an up and comer and he’s still able to keep the fans booing loudly whenever he talks. Right now he deserves that top spot…i don’t think there’s any other wrestler in the world who can compete with him right now.

    Miz deserves the honor because based on the past year, Miz essentially went from lower mid-carder to beating the face of the company at WM. And for those who don’t think Miz should be #1, who should it have been? Over the past few months, CM Punk has been the best in the world, but look at last year’s CM Punk. Jobbing to Big Show? That won’t get him on the list this year, unfortunately. But CM Punk better be #1 next year, that’s for sure.

  • Justin

    Doesn’t matter how many titles he won in the past year–WWE chooses to push who they want. Just look at Cena, who is just not a good wrester. Yes, Miz has to be at least decent, and I agree, he can perform. But Number #1 in the WORLD? Lol he is good at best.

    @DAVIS

    Completely agree. Also, it says a lot about the current state of wrestling journalism and it’s critics.

  • JIR

    Look at the facts over the past 4 years Miz has made a name for himself by improving his in ring ability actually having a personality and putting on some of the best promos in the WWE the past year he deserves it

  • Stevie P

    In that time span he won MITB, the U.S. Championship and held the WWE Title for 160 days. I think he deserves it.

  • MrCharisma

    I like the miz but this list loses all integrity putting him in the number one spot, he is good but not that good, I know there are some that will disagree but I know many more will agree.

  • BREEZY

    MIZ WAS MY CHOICE THE MOMENT I SAW THIS….. THE MIZ BEST IN THE WWE RIGHT NOW… CM PUNK IS THE BEST CHARACTER JUST IN CASE YA COME AT ME I HAD TO PUT THAT OUT THERE

  • Jimbo

    OK….I don’t hate The Miz or anything, but I’m going to quote him here and say, “Really?….Really?”
