Raw draws the best viewership in months

Aleister Black

We noted before how this week’s episode of Raw was rewritten almost entirely because Seth Rollins was expected to be a major part of it but he wasn’t cleared for the show.

Not only that but the NXT call ups also caused some change as Triple H pursued Vince McMahon and got him to change the Ricochet vs. Finn Balor one on one match into a tag team bout.

Though it appears that all these sudden changes helped the company as this week’s episode of Raw, did the best number for the show in months.

This week’s episode of Raw brought in 2.771 million viewers, which is a significant 12.6% increase from last week’s 2.462 million viewers.

This is the best viewership score for the show this year and this is also the best number since the Labor Day episode back in September last year.

No word yet on what plans WWE has for the call ups but it would be interesting to see if people tune in to see them in action next week after their debut this week.

It would be more interesting if people didn’t tune in because there is no real plan for them anyways.

I think this is all part of the plan of HHH taking over. Vince Mac is stepping down after WM 35. Now how this storyline is going end is going to be interesting.
