Reason why WWE has held off Sanity’s debut

While it has been weeks since WWE announced that Sanity will be joining SmackDown Live, there is no news yet on when the former Champions will arrive on the main roster.

During the latest episode of Wrestling Observer Live, Dave Meltzer talked about the delay in the Tag Team’s debut and revealed the reason behind it.

According to him, the reason why the company is holding off their main roster debut despite the announcement is because creatives have nothing planned for them.

The same is the case with another former NXT Tag Champions Authors Of Pain, who have made their debut on Raw recently but have not been used on Television for a while.

After this revelation, the question is if the company should stop promoting wrestlers from NXT to main roster just for the sake of it and instead of bringing them up at special dates, stars should debut when it makes sense creatively.

I would say that it is more a case of they had a plan for them but then changed their minds, and then realised they have no back up plan.

this is another example why WWE needs to have a secondary developmental division devote to those that are too good for NXT but not good enough for the main roster

“Hey, let’s call up all this talent and do nothing with them.”
    Gotta love creative.

I’d rather question how you’re paid to be creative and can’t create something for someone? Seems like they need new people.
