Recently released WWE wrestler reveals why he decided to leave

We noted before how WWE reportedly released Former CWC Competitor and NXT Star HoHo Lun. However, at the time the company hadn’t issued any official statement on his departure.

Now WWE.com has posted a story confirming that he is gone. The article posted on the site also reveals that HoHo asked for his release from the company and the reason behind it was his mother’s health:

“I went to Hong Kong for vacation about three weeks ago and that’s when I realized that my mother is sick, That’s why I decided to tell Matt Bloom, the head coach of the PC, that I wanted to request my release.”

Continuing on the topic, the Chinese Wrestling Star said that it was a tough decision to leave WWE, especially due to the fact that he was scheduled to make his debut in a Live Event from Shenzhen, China, on Sept. 17:

“One of my top goals was to perform in front of WWE Live fans in China, It was a really tough decision because I wanted to perform in my home.”
