Report: Hulk Hogan Looking To Return To WWE

As noted, Hulk Hogan sued Gawker after they released sex tapes that included himself and Bubba The Love Sponge’s then-wife Heather Clem. The case went to trial, and the jury awarded Hogan $115 million in damages.

Hollywood Life reports that Hogan would love to return to WWE now that his lawsuit with Gawker is over.

“Hulk Hogan is beyond pleased with the results and is looking to get his life back in order,” a source told Hollywood Life. “And he would love his job back with the WWE.”

Hogan was released from WWE in July of 2015 after racist comments were released from one of his secret sex tapes. All mention of Hogan were removed from WWE.com and the WWE Network when he was released.

why should WWE do that? if they put his merch back on sale, that would just benefit Hogan as he would get his cut, while not actually working for them. and after his racist comments, all that would do is say WWE is willing to help a racist make more money. let him take his gawker millions and fade into obscurity. his time is done.

I don’t agree with the tone of your verbiage (the “please go away” part), but I agree that coming back to WWE is pointless. His appearances were getting boring and there really wasn’t anything useful for him to do on screen.

The most that should happen is that the Code Red is lifted off of him and his name and likeness be fully reinstated. Put Hukamania merchandise back on WWE Shop, etc. He never needs to be on TV again unless it’s for a special occasion.

Please go away, take your money and just be a private citizen.
