Rey Mysterio was recently interviewed by Telemundo‘s Harry Ruiz. Mysterio spoke on NJPW, All In, and Expo Lucha, a convention that will be held in Las Vegas featuring some of the greatest Lucha stars from around the world. Mysterio also touched on the subject of Latin talent in the WWE.
Cruiserweights like Kalisto, Gran Metalik, and Lince Dorado show off their Lucha Libre style on 205 Live, and the recently debuted Andrade ‘Cien’ Almas, who was an NXT Champion before his call-up, have made a positive impact on the WWE Universe. And with the WWE’s plans to spread NXT around the world, we’ll be seeing all kinds of talent from throughout the globe.
– @reymysterio told me the only thing missing with the latino talent in #WWE right now (@SinCaraWWE, @KalistoWWE, @AndradeCienWWE) is him, so that way they could form a stable. LWO 2.0 coming up? Do it @VinceMcMahon! #LuchaLibre pic.twitter.com/TEOSzvkmT4

Rey Mysterio told Ruiz that the amount of Latin talent in the WWE is incredible, but that they’re missing something. He would go on to say, jokingly, that maybe that missing link that combines them all is none other than himself.
Would you like to see the return of a faction like the Latin World Order in the WWE?
