Rey Mysterio suffered an injury on the go-home RAW before WrestleMania. This is because his match against Kurt Angle was cancelled due to Angle’s physical condition. Rey suffered an ankle injury in his match against Baron Corbin.
From the looks of it, his match against Samoa Joe for the US Title at Wrestlemania seems unlikely. Rey took to Instagram and posted video evidence of when he got hurt and he prayed that he’ll make it in time for Wrestlemania.

WWE might have to change plans in case Rey can’t compete. Which would be unfortunate, considering Rey’s son Dominick was going to be at ringside at Wrestlemania.
